We are seeking a Finance Manager to work at the factory of our corporate client. This position will report directly to the CFO and manage a team of 1 (Finance Specialist).

The Finance Manager will guide senior management in cost analysis, ensure the most efficient use of capital, identify unnecessary expenses, and lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency. A key responsibility of the role is to provide reliable data and transparent reporting in relations with auditors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences, preferably with CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience: 8–10 years in finance (minimum 3 years in factory operations preferred)
• Language: English – minimum B2 level
• Digital Skills: SAP, Excel, presentation skills
• Age: Maximum 50
• Preferred Industries: Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Food

Job Description

1. Responsible for closing all financial transactions at the factory
2. Analyze and present the factory’s performance through monthly reports to both plant and corporate management
3. Manage internal control processes
4. Coordinate factory budgeting and forecasting processes
5. Ensure accuracy of physical inventory, investigate and report variances
6. Audit product costing accuracy and provide monthly reports
7. Regularly attend production meetings
8. Conduct performance reviews with the Plant Manager on production and costing matters
9. Analyze slow-moving or obsolete stock and ensure adequate provisioning
10. Safeguard and insure all factory assets
11. Monitor capital investment projects, track budget vs. actuals, and report IRR analysis
