As part of Human Kapital’s recruitment consultancy services, we are seeking a “Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Officer” for our client, a 100% foreign-capital company operating in the white goods manufacturing sector.
Required Qualifications:
Residing in Istanbul (Kurtköy, Kartal, Pendik, Tuzla) or Kocaeli (Gebze, Çayırova, Darıca)
Responsibilities and Duties (Human Resources)
Recruitment and Talent Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer stages
• Build and maintain a talent pool
• Conduct data analysis to improve recruitment processes
Performance Management and Development
• Execute and improve performance evaluation processes
• Create and monitor employee development plans
• Organize training programs by conducting training needs analysis
Payroll and Personnel Affairs
• Manage payroll, personnel attendance, leave tracking, timekeeping, and personnel records in compliance with legal regulations
• Ensure compliance with Social Security Institution (SGK), Labor Law, and other relevant legislation
• Organize employee salary and benefits processes
Employee Satisfaction and Organizational Development
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze the results
• Develop policies and procedures to enhance employee relations
• Contribute to the development of organizational structure and job descriptions
