PLANT MANAGER

For our client — a well-established manufacturing company recognized for its strong corporate structure, export capability, and international business partnerships — we are seeking an experienced Plant Manager who will ensure end-to-end operational integrity, drive organizational alignment, and lead the strategic transformation of the plant.
This role requires strong capabilities in strategic thinking, leadership, operational excellence, financial and commercial acumen, stakeholder management, crisis management, and resilience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from reputable universities,
• 10–15 years of managerial and operational leadership experience in manufacturing environments,
• Proficiency in MS Office and essential digital business tools,
• Advanced command of English (for communication with global teams and stakeholders),
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, leadership, and people management skills,
• Analytical, solution-oriented, with solid conflict management and change management abilities,
• Experience in operational KPI management, budget planning, and performance measurement,
• Holder of a Class B driving license and actively able to drive,
• For male candidates: completion of military service.

Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Silivri, Beylikdüzü, Büyükçekmece, Avcılar, or Tekirdağ regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Demonstrate holistic leadership across the organization and support workflows aligned with team and company goals.
2. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations and establish a strong safety culture across the plant.
3. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing lean manufacturing principles.
4. Prepare, develop, and execute production and workforce budgets aligned with operational needs and strategic goals.
5. Launch energy efficiency and cost-reduction projects to enhance sustainability and operational performance.
6. Monitor employee satisfaction KPIs and take actions to increase engagement and workplace morale.
7. Optimize productivity and capacity utilization; regularly monitor and report key performance indicators.
8. Ensure full compliance with legal regulations and company policies across all departments and operations.
