POSITION SUMMARY

The CFO leads the company’s financial strategy and oversees all finance, accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and risk management processes. By providing reliable financial insights to the Board of Directors and the CEO, the CFO plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s sustainable growth, international financing activities, investment decisions, and digital transformation initiatives.

This role is a critical senior leadership position responsible for maintaining financial integrity, improving profitability, and strengthening cash flow management within a group structure operating in Türkiye and across global markets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields
• MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance/Economics preferred
• Certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA, or SMMM are strong advantages

Experience

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in financial management
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Finance Manager / Director / CFO)
• Experience in manufacturing, machinery, EPC, project-based industries, or multi-entity group structures is preferred

Foreign Languages

• Advanced English (mandatory)
• Italian is an advantage

Technical Competencies

• IFRS, TFRS, consolidation, budgeting, and management reporting
• Project financing, LC/BG/SBLC, Eximbank, SACE, Hermes
• FX risk management, hedging, and financial modeling (NPV, IRR)
• ERP & BI systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.)
• Advanced Power BI, Qlik Sense, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Class B driver’s license

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Strategy & Management

• Define the company’s financial strategy, capital structure, and profitability targets
• Lead budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and financial planning processes
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS standards
• Provide continuous financial insights through profitability, cost, and performance analyses

International Financing & Risk Management

• Manage Eximbank, SACE, Hermes, LC, SBLC, BG, leasing, and project financing processes
• Oversee FX position, hedging strategies, and country risk assessments
• Manage funding strategies, banking relationships, and investment financing

Cost Accounting & Project Profitability

• Establish and manage project-based costing models
• Lead production, operational, and sales pricing analyses
• Manage warranty, spare parts, and site operation cost structures

Budgeting, Financial Control & Consolidation

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly closings, and deviation analysis processes
• Manage the financial consolidation structure of all group companies
• Coordinate tax optimization, incentives, and transfer pricing processes

Digital Transformation & ERP Systems

• Ensure proper functioning of ERP financial modules (IFS/SAP/Oracle)
• Lead BI, RPA, and process automation initiatives
• Develop digital reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and KPI systems

M&A, Investor Relations & Legal Processes

• Actively participate in share transfers, partnership structures, and shareholders’ agreements
• Manage investor presentations, financial modeling, and valuation activities
• Oversee relationships with PE/VC funds, financial institutions, and global investors

Team Leadership

• Manage and develop a finance & accounting team of 16+ people
• Ensure financial discipline, standards, and procedures across the organization
