We are looking for a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at our Çorlu or Istanbul office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Guidance and Psychological Counseling, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level.
• Skilled in using MS Office and Outlook effectively.
• Experienced in recruitment processes, especially in white-collar recruitment projects.
• Strong research skills, capable of conducting detailed candidate searches using industry knowledge and keywords.
• Expert in competency-based interview techniques and proficient in candidate evaluation processes.
• Goal-oriented, energetic, and highly motivated.
• Resilient, skilled in stress management, and solution-focused.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client and candidate expectations and provide result-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Work effectively and with discipline to achieve monthly white-collar recruitment targets.
2. Analyze client expectations in white-collar recruitment projects, understand position requirements, and identify suitable candidates.
3. Conduct phone interviews to analyze candidates’ qualifications and align with client expectations, creating interview plans for suitable candidates.
4. Develop and implement strategic action plans to close open positions in recruitment projects.
5. Expand the white-collar candidate pool by conducting in-depth research through LinkedIn, job portals, and in-house databases.
6. Post job advertisements on the company website and social media platforms and monitor responses.
7. Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates’ technical skills, competencies, and English proficiency.
8. Prepare candidate reports, present them to client companies, and ensure seamless process management.
9. Act as a bridge between candidates and clients, organizing interview schedules and managing every stage of the recruitment process.
10. Conduct reference checks to verify candidates’ past performance and share findings with clients.
11. Communicate with foreign clients via email in English and prepare English reports as needed.
12. Analyze feedback from clients and maintain transparent, professional communication with candidates.
