We are seeking a Quality and SHE Manager to be employed in the Quality Department at the Turkish factory of our corporate client, a foreign-invested company that is one of the global leaders in its sector.

✅ Qualifications:

• University degree from relevant fields or engineering,
• Advanced written and spoken English skills,
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or occupational safety roles,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Proven experience in team management,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment,
• Experienced in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, and FSC Standards.

📍 Location:
Candidates are expected to reside in or be able to relocate to Çorlu, Ergene, Süleymanpaşa, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, or Silivri regions.

📝 Job Description:

1. Represent the company on issues related to quality management system and occupational safety within and outside the company,
2. Analyzes non-conformances and finds solutions and controls corrective action plan,
3. Update and maintain the quality assurance system aligned with global standards and local requirements,
4. Join related global and local meetings,
5. Organize training sessions for employees on quality standards and procedures,
6. Preparing and presenting performance,KPI ,YGG reports,
7. To analyze customer complaints, communicate with the related departments, make reports to be offered suitable solutions,
8. To ensure development of employees and support all operations to accomplish,
9. Establish and manage a proactive SHE culture,
10. To investigate work accidents, conduct trend analysis and provide suggestions to prevent recurrence,
11. Leading, developing and managing Quality and SHE staff in responsibility,
12. Manage internal,external audits and follow up actions.
