Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management (HSE)
An HSE Manager is sought for the Technical Services department of our internationally operating, 100% foreign-capital client company.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering (minimum requirement)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in occupational health and safety
  • Preferably experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Proven success in team management
• Language Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
• Certification:
  • Class B Occupational Safety Expert Certificate
• Technical and Personal Competencies:
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to integrate different perspectives
  • Effective conflict management
  • Advanced stakeholder management
  • Strategic awareness and operational understanding
  • Valid Class B driving license and active driving experience

Location: Candidates are expected to reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the following regions: Tekirdağ: Çorlu, Ergene, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı
Istanbul European Side: Silivri, Büyükçekmece, Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt, Bahçeşehir, or Avcılar.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The HSE Manager will be responsible for managing all Health, Safety and Environmental processes at the production facility and will carry out the following duties:

1. Manage all HSE processes in full compliance with applicable national and international regulations
2. Ensure implementation and sustainability of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards
3. Fulfill all legal reporting and notification obligations
4. Monitor and improve KPIs related to occupational health, safety, and environment
5. Develop strategic improvement plans and organize awareness-raising events (e.g., meetings, training sessions, workshops)
6. Lead and coordinate the internal and external HSE professionals and occupational physicians
7. Establish effective communication with internal stakeholders to support operational processes
