We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager for our client who will ensure end-to-end operational integrity and alignment across the entire organization. Our client is a well-established, export-oriented company in the manufacturing industry, known for its corporate structure and international partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10–15 years of managerial experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Advanced level of English
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented; skilled in conflict resolution and change management
• Valid Class B driver’s license and ability to actively drive
• (For male candidates) Military service must be completed

Candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to: Silivri, Beylikdüzü, Büyükçekmece, Avcılar, or Tekirdağ.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Demonstrate a holistic leadership approach across the organization and support workflow alignment in line with team and company objectives.
2. Lead the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and foster a strong safety culture throughout the entire organization.
3. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and lead continuous improvement efforts by championing the implementation of lean principles.
4. Prepare, develop, and implement production and headcount budgets in alignment with operational needs and strategic goals.
5. Initiate energy efficiency and cost-reduction projects to enhance sustainability and operational performance.
6. Monitor employee satisfaction KPIs and take necessary actions to improve engagement and workplace morale.
7. Optimize productivity and capacity utilization, ensuring regular monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Ensure full compliance with legal regulations and internal company policies across all departments and operations.
